This cleaners ruined six white shirts of mine. They got heavy ink marks all over the shirts. They attempted to correct the issue three times with minimal success. They do not clean the clothing onsite; rather, they outsource it. Their liability policy is 10 times the cost of cleaning the item. For shirts, this is $10 and no more. They only gave me $30 after much arguing. I will never go back. This is the second time this occured, too. Customer beware.
