Please if you have a chance do not go to this dry cleaners they're very expensive and not very professional I came in to pick up my laundry on a Saturday it states that it opens up at 10:00 I got there at 10:30 there was a young man sitting at the counter with his feet up the door was locked I knocked on it he did not look up at me to notice that I was at the door continue looking at his phone. Customer agent Mary was very helpful. I had previously asked for an alteration in my two piece suit, but then canceled the request. I was mistakenly charged $50 for the alteration. Mary caught the error, corrected it, and called my home to ensure that my account was credited. I appreciate Mary's diligence and sharp eye for detail. Mark J. Aurora, CO.

I don't think I've ever felt such a strong conviction for a 1-star review - and for a dry cleaner, of all places. Yikes - this place is truly the used care lot of dry cleaners. First of all - I went in with a single item to clean, a nice winter coat I've had for a little bit over a year. It was not noticeably soiled or in any poor condition whatsoever. Admittedly, I don't think I have been to a dry cleaner since before Covid. So, my expectations may be a bit dated. $40 to dry clean a single coat? Definitely more than I expec... read more
