I brought a suit in for dry cleaning and a press but when I got it back the buttons were chipped and the suit was slightly discolored. I freaked out because it’s a really expensive suit but thankfully Dependable and their customer service agent Christy Hobbs were fantastic to deal with. Dependable acknowledged that they messed the suit up and agreed to replace it for me. I have used this service twice so far. Cleaning and dry cleaning are good...no issues there. However the pickup and delivery service is far from dependable. The first time there was no driver so I lugged my laundry over and back from the hotel I’m in. The second time, I was assured it would be delivered the same day. It was not because someone forgot. So now I’m going to uber from the hotel because I won’t have time to wait for a 1pm delivery. Additionally, the website will not let you schedule a pickup. It always sends you ... read more

Excellent service is the key word I'd like to say about this place! I realized I had a button that had come off my suit coat this morning and had an important bankers meeting this afternoon and they sowed two new buttons on my coat immediately at no cost. Will definitely be using them again!
