Dropped my husband's laundry (8 shirts and 2 pairs of shorts) this past Saturday. Manager asked me if there were any stains. Other than a couple of minor stains on the shorts, no others reported. Asked for light starch. Stopped in to pick up laundry yesterday (Tuesday). The bill $67.20.!!! And two shirts were kept for further cleaning because of staining. Horrible cleaners! Unbelievable prices, liars, crooks!!! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Have you ever know a cleaners to charge $167 dollars to hem one pair of pants, clean another, clean a silk tank, and two child winter coats, and two adult? They lie about prices. Read my full review about them on their website on Google! Avoid this place like the plague! And...I just filed a complaint with the BBB.
$21 to dry clean 1 suit. $12 for pants $8 per shirt. Ridiculous. Cheap metal hangers, ridiculously overpriced. Go across the street and have it done for half the price, same results.
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They lost 3 of my husbands shirts and then had us come in on several occasions to "identify" them but they were never found. They wouldn't compensate us either!! We gave them one more try 6 months later and they failed to tell us when we were dropping off the shirts that they would have to dry clean them, not launder them so our bill was enormous!! Do not use this place!! They should be called "Undependable Cleaners!!"
Very reliable. Love the customer service and very understanding on how I want my dry cleaning great place
$28 dollars for three pieces of dry cleaning may seem like a lot, but coming from California, this was reasonable for me. The service here is super-friendly and my stuff was ready in only one day.
