I called and made an appointment. When I showed up on the day of my appointment, the guy at the desk kept arguing that I was at the wrong place. After a few moments of me trying to prove I wasn't in the place, he finally found my paperwork. They had forgotten about me. Needles to say, I did not feel comfortable leaving my car here. What are the odds they would forget about the work for my car, too? My business was not clearly not important to them. I turned around and left. Thankful I dodged a bullet here.

I brought my car in this past July for some body work (damage sustained the previous winter). From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. I was given options and advice and once the work was completed, the tech walked me around the car and showed me everything that had been done. Highly recommend for honest, good quality work.
