I took my car in after the big hail storm. They were so quick to get me in and get started on my car. Quick efficient, and kept me updated every week on where my car was on getting done. The manager & staff wonderful to work with. If you need body/glass done on your vehicle I recommend Gerber Collision & Glass. Not only for their fast and efficient work but for their kind staff as well. Recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!
I called and made an appointment. When I showed up on the day of my appointment, the guy at the desk kept arguing that I was at the wrong place. After a few moments of me trying to prove I wasn't in the place, he finally found my paperwork. They had forgotten about me. Needles to say, I did not feel comfortable leaving my car here. What are the odds they would forget about the work for my car, too? My business was not clearly not important to them. I turned around and left. Thankful I dodged a bullet here.
