Worst Transportation Company. Always cancelling appointments for pickup to doctor’s appointments. My experience is they are zero rating.
I was placed with this transportation service through United Health care. They picked me up promptly in the morning and I reached my appointment on time. When I was finished at 11:00 a.m. I called and was told I would be picked up in an hour. Then it went to another 30 minutes. It went on like this for 3hours and 45 minutes they showed up to take me home at 2:45 p.m. 3hours and 45 minutes after my 11:00 call to be picked up.
