Shaun and his crew always communicates with me before doing anything. I believe he is doing what is best for my car and me and I appreciate that. Been going to them for 5 years with good results.
I was coming here for my car's needs until my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. It took about 2 weeks for them to even look at my car and they broke my personal property and denied any responsibility. The customer service left much to be desired. I had decent experiences here in the past and the prices aren't the worst but I won't be back if I can help it.
