CV joint was fixed very quickly. Payment and paperwork were done quickly as well.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received today at Dependable Auto Care. They happened to have a same day appointment and the problem with my car was quickly and accurately diagnosed. Shaun was extremely polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. My car was in and repaired within an hour. As an older woman, im sometimes leary about being taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair. I can honestly say I never felt that and the bill was more than reasonable. Thank you for your expertise and kindness.... read more
Called and asked for an appointment for an alignment & politely asked what kind of machine they use for their alignments there. Lady hung up on me. She was super rude! They refuse to give you info about what equipment they will use on your $50,000 vehicle? Yeah, no thanks! Head to Vail, there are some great alignment places there! Only go to "Undependable Auto Repair" in Ledville if you love being treated badly.
Great work the employee Dev8n goes above an Beyond to help
