Replaced defrost timer in refrigerator a couple of months ago. First tried to charge me for 2 days labor, because they had to go pick up the part and come back the same day. That was removed from the bill though. Nearly a $200 repair that was supposed to be covered if it didn't fix the problem. The part is about $13, which they charged me $25 for. This place is a scam, also goes by different names Call Gutierrez Appliance repair( check on Yelp). They will charge you money and do a no call no show.
Called to get my Maytag washer fixed. Was not working at all!! Eric came by same day and repaired my washer with knowledgeable & Friendly Service. Fair Pricing . Will defiantly recommend.
