SCAM Alert! I would have rated less than one star if that option were available. The person handling my complaint related to the Select Home Warranty (SHW) was Eric(climate crew). Apparently, there are some payment issues between Climate Crew and SHW, which should not be my concern since I already paid for both my insurance and the $60 service call fee to Eric. Replaced defrost timer in refrigerator a couple of months ago. First tried to charge me for 2 days labor, because they had to go pick up the part and come back the same day. That was removed from the bill though. Nearly a $200 repair that was supposed to be covered if it didn't fix the problem. The part is about $13, which they charged me $25 for. This place is a scam, also goes by different names Call Gutierrez Appliance repair( check on Yelp). They will charge you money and do a no call no show.
