I would rate 0 stars if it were available. My son and his wife have been going through the process for over a year now. They were told recently that they were denied because they didn’t disclose something during their home interviews. They did disclose all information whether it was pertinent or not. The stated reason for denial had also previously been discussed at length in detail during those interviews and visits regardless of what the denial letter states.
