I would not recommend this company for work to anyone. I quit my job of 7 years running heavy equipment then traveled 4.5 hours up north after I was on boarded by mark, I believe he was the hiring manager or recruiter. I waited 2 week while in VA just to get a text from him saying you don’t want to work for us anymore. They sent me a 2nd drug screen and couldn’t even give me a heads up before it expired.
Unbelievable service and amazing customer support! Highly recommended this company who is looking to advance careers in solar.
Worst Management I have ever witnessed in my entire work life. These people DO NOT live by Charles Koch’s vision of Believe In People. I was belittled, slandered, roll eroded, spoke to as though I was ignorant and micro managed. Colin Crosby was the only man trying to make a difference. They demoted him for trying to do so. I HOPE Charles Koch sees this review. I hope he looks into his upper staff at Depcom Power. I hope he gets Colin Crosby his job back as National Director Of Maintenance.
