The rating would have been higher except for the fact That the scheduling process is too cumbersome for a simple oil change and the charges are high
I’ll give you one star because the people in service are very nice. I took my car in with a problem. I only had it for two months. They claim they fixed it I don’t know what they fixed because I still hear the noise. When I bought the car that didn’t have a mark on it I took it to the car wash, and all of a sudden a 4 inch gash appears on the back of the car. They’re telling me it wasn’t there.
