DO NOT GO HERE; waste of time They took over a month to get around to fixing our car. And then the tech they hired lost our key. They did get us a spare key but then said it was our fault it was not working. As in there were apparent electrical issues with the car that prevented them from programming the new keys. May I remind you that our original car key that they LOST worked perfectly fine and then they refused to fix the problems they caused. They said, "it wasn't their responsibility." DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They vandalized my vehicle, broke out a side window, did work I told them not to do, and held my vehicle hostage for over 3 weeks until they were essentially paid a ransom of $3800 and gave me my car back in substantially worse condition that I dropped it off. When I received a quote from them to replace a back window and few dents they gave me an estimate and an estimated wait time of 7 weeks so I told them I did not want them to do work on my vehicle and that I would bring it somewhere else. ... read more
