Was looking for Plato’s Symposium and went to the help desk to ask if they had the book there. When I walked up to the counter the lady working didn’t even acknowledge me until I said “excuse me.” She had a dry attitude like I was bothering her for doing her job. Was not helpful at all
It was easy to find everything I needed and more!
Just had the best experience getting assistance from one of the employees over the phone. Coming from other schools I'm really impressed with DePaul's bookstores and their employee's willingness to assist. Thank you guys for helping to ease the stress of getting back to school.
