I’ve lived in one of their “Luxury Condo” buildings for over 5 years. Absolutely horrific customer service. Our apartment flooded due to a bad foundation and the only thing management allowed to be done was for all of the carpet to be ripped out, leaving the bare, dirty concrete floors. Our apartment is now uninhabitable and the apartment manager, "Karen" (how ironic) did not answer our phone calls for a week and was unbelievably rude when she finally got back to us. Do not give this company your business.

One sided business. A death happened, body found days after already decomposed, residents we're expected to leave within their own means are expected to deal with the situation as is no general explanation of what is being done.only thing said by management is a note on the main door "only management is going to be popping doors open"...
