Andy did a fantastic job on our basement, turning it into one of my favorite spaces in the house (which says a lot for a basement). He took the time to find innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions to challenges, especially when the easiest solution wouldn’t have met my goals or when there was a simpler option I hadn’t considered. He was very communicative and easy to work with, and treated the project like his own home. Our new family room turned out better than I had hoped. Highly recommend!
We contacted DePasquale Construction after being ghosted by three other contractors. From the first point of contact and throughout the entire project, Andy and his crew were responsive, professional, attentive to the details of our projects. I've hired Andy for two restorations to my condo. The first involved replacing missing crown molding pieces in two locations removed because of drapery hardware. His work was quick, excellent and seamless. The second improvement was more detailed and complicated: a partial bathroom redo (removing a medicine cabinet, replacing & bracing the wall with special wallboard, mounting a large heavy mirror, changing & moving an outlet and painting).
