We bought a second-hand Isuzu D Max X-Terrain Ute at Isuzu Mackay. From the very first phone call, to the trade in and hand over of our vehicle, Justin has been utmost professional, attentive and honest. We did all our dealings over the phone, as we live in Brisbane and we drove to Mackay to do the deal. Justin proved that we could trust him to do the right thing and everything went smoothly as hoped. Justin is the man to deal with second hand vehicle purchases. 5 stars.
Tried to book in first service. At 3.30 pm one would think someone would take a call. Message service was offered so left a message. 2 days later still waiting for a call back. May need to do better. Isuzu mackay are great until you hand over your hard earned money. The admin team are absolutely useless. Still waiting for a return phone call regarding claim for their known bump steer issue. All work/servicing will be done elsewhere from now on.
Travelling through broke down towed in fix overnight staff and technician couldn't have been more efficient thank you all RTM
