From personal experience. Never go through this office for anything, the people that work here do not care about your child. I was one of the many children that got lost in there care, they left me alone with no money or means to feed myself for 3 days in a motel room. I had to ask the front desk for food just to not starve. They say they want the best for the child but I've watched them talk about what case will be the most money and my worker braged about having a high risk kid which gives them more money. The wait is outta control. Why would they ever close Puyallup just to flood the surrounding locations. And the homeless people in the parking lot omg don't bring your kids with you here
On hold for almost 3 hours...eventually had to hang up.
Sign says DSHS OFFICE, door says DSHS, get inside and its the CPS office not the DSHS CSO
