I had a great experience with them very nice welcoming staff, wanna give an approximate note for the lady lizzie there is very kind helpful may god bless her.
Cannot recommend them enough if you need to be under a more 'complex' procedure. The Dr whom I think is called Helen and the nurse that assisted were absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and excellent at their jobs.
It's luck of the draw whether someone answers the phone. Usually get cut off before it even gets to transferring me to a receptionist.
Well trained staff, amazing, super friendly and very understanding of LGBT+ issues/individuals. Receptionists and other staff members have always gone above and beyond for myself and friends who have visited the clinic.
