I called today and I got some call back with some advice the lady was very friendly and polite. Very, patient and answered all my questions. She also did reassure me that my pinky won't fall off which is always a great news. Thank you very much I really appreciate your help. Michael
Was booked in for a telephone consultation in the evening, and I told the person making the booking I could only do after 6:30pm and she said this would be OK. I then got called at 4:45pm, left a voice message saying they would try again, which didn't happen. When I tried calling the number given to rebook during the opening hours stated in the text, the lines were closed! I had a great experience with them very nice welcoming staff, wanna give an approximate note for the lady lizzie there is very kind helpful may god bless her.
Cannot recommend them enough if you need to be under a more 'complex' procedure. The Dr whom I think is called Helen and the nurse that assisted were absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and excellent at their jobs.
