They are very nice on the phone, and the imaging I had done here was very professional. I feel the need to post a positive review to counter all the negative ones. Maybe they have gotten things together in recent years.
Lynne at the scheduling department is the most incompetent and rude worker there. I would give this place negative starts if i could.
Since Stonybrook took over SH Hospital it has been a nightmare. Rudeness off the charts, impossible to schedule anything. It's not just a " one off", it's consistently bad. Need a zero star option, bc they do not deserve 1 star.
First, try getting through to Radiology. This is Day 3 of walking around with my phone in order to get someone to pick up. The past 2 days I left my name and telephone for a call back which I have yet to receive. I gave up this morning after 3 calls and one more message. Also, the last MRI I had there was "fuzzy, not too clear" according to the doctor who prescribed it. After all this nonsense, I decided to go to Stony Brook Medicine Imaging Services, an hour away, but better service. It was there that the MRI was invented. ... read more
