MRI Technician Bill is the best. He has amazing personality and outstanding interpersonal skills. He is very takented at calming his patients. Thank you Bill for your excellent service!
They never pick up the phone. They force you to leave a message and then you better hope that you are completely available for them when they call because otherwise you have to start all over in an endless loop until you can finally connect. Sheduling anything take forever. It took me over a week to finally get an urgent CT SCAN scheduled.
