They never pick up the phone. They force you to leave a message and then you better hope that you are completely available for them when they call because otherwise you have to start all over in an endless loop until you can finally connect. Sheduling anything take forever. It took me over a week to finally get an urgent CT SCAN scheduled.

Super nice, smart, and skilled technician, but the receptionist kept taking her mask off to talk, which is totally counterproductive to all the COVID precautions being taken. Shame on her.
