One day post op, I overall had a GREAT ! Experience with my Oral Surgeon Dr. Daniel Choi and his care team were and are phenomenal and I loved the consultations and making me comfortable from Last Monday and From Yesterday surgery I feel amazing and I feel very comfortable and surrounded by people who care about their patients I definitely would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone getting their wisdom teeth extracted. Mary Ellen was rude to my wife and sarcastically told her to go to the emergency room. She went previously to the ER two days ago and they told her to schedule an appointment with these so called “specialists” they refuse to see the urgency in the situation. My wife cannot eat or speak.
Although this office was very difficult to get into, the experience I had with Dr. Hajibandeh was amazing. I've seen another oral surgeon who misdiagnosed me and left me in so much pain and feeling completely dismissed. Dr. Hajibandeh and his resident were phenomenal. They both spent more than enough time explaining my condition and explaining all of my options in detail. They answered all of my questions and made me feel so validated. I am so appreciative that I can finally get the care I need here. Thank you!

Overall a terrible experience trying to get into this office. I have diagnosed TMJ and Bell's palsy and had a recent job change with a change in insurance. I explained to them that I had both a PCP and prior Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon referral ready, but was told I specifically needed an orthodontist referral. However, due to the nature of my condition, no orthodontist would schedule with me because it was completely inappropriate for a dental provider to take on medical care like that.
