The bar is low at this clinic....apalling!!! Do yourself a favor and quadruple check your appointment. They have no idea what calendar or timezone they are working to? They take no accountability or sympathetic to their own clerical errors. The reviews speak for themselves!!!
You couldn’t find another doctor with the experience that Dr. MaCcain has he actually writes medical documents! Is the only one in New England that can actually do the procedure!
Waited for appointment for over 30 min and heard the staff saying Dr. Shruti Handa (my doctor) overbooked her patients. They said they weren’t surprised I waited over 20 minutes for her, which infuriated me that they’re fine with patients just waisting their time there. Ended up leaving after waiting 35 minutes because I had to go to work. Will not be returning.
I myself am a Nurse and it's unfortunate I've felt the need to write this review, but by reviewing other people's experiences, I am not alone. The lack of communication by staff here through outreach is clearly not following MGH outreach protocol. It is incredibly hard to get an appointment for scheduling surgery, after an initial evaluation.
