Similar to another comment, the Patient Services coordinator of Dr. Burris. His name is Gregory. He absolutely sucks and honestly should be fired. You can leave 500 messages and he won’t respond, and the worst part is HE’S THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SCHEDULE HER APPOINTMENTS. So you end up waiting for this inconsiderate, incompetent dude to get back to you, for him to have an attitude when he does finally call back. The front desk NEVER picks up either. I want to begin by emphasizing that Dr. H and Dr. Burris are exceptional providers who absolutely deserve 5+ stars for their clinical care. They are responsive, compassionate, and take the time to explain everything thoroughly. This one-star rating, however, reflects the systemic communication failures and issues with Dr. Burris’ patient coordination team—not the providers themselves. Doctors seem to be good but unfortunately it takes a week if not more just to schedule an appointment. Nobody answers the phones, goes right to voicemail. Says they will return your call in two business days. They don’t. Ridiculous when people are in pain trying to get care.
I do not even know where to begin . There are NOT enough words or thank you’s that I could give to Martin Jacob . I am a very very complex pt when it comes to pain r/t a disabling horse accident in 2020. On top of a med flight , I have had multiple surgeries for an L1 fx, sacral fx , r pelvis ramus fx, hip surgery ( not a replacement ), 2 failed r si fusions , kyphoplasty leaking out , chronic pain syndrome due to all of the above and much more . One day post op, I overall had a GREAT ! Experience with my Oral Surgeon Dr. Daniel Choi and his care team were and are phenomenal and I loved the consultations and making me comfortable from Last Monday and From Yesterday surgery I feel amazing and I feel very comfortable and surrounded by people who care about their patients I definitely would 100% recommend him and his team to anyone getting their wisdom teeth extracted.
