The hoops this department makes you jump through to have your child seen. An oral surgeon referred me to this specialty. Pediatric referral—not enough. Dental referral—they need it twice. They call to promise an appointment to schedule in 48 hrs, no follow thru for a week. After you call again, they then have a surgical tech call you to say we refuse to see your child, and refuse to allow you to speak with a medical provider. Shameful. I had a great experience with Dr. Tim Wang and his assistant Abdelhamid, as well as the entire team. The procedure was the removal of my lower wisdom teeth, and it was done under very, very good conditions. The procedure went smoothly, and they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Everyone was very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. I’m very satisfied with the care I received. Highly recommended!
This place is a disaster!! They left a message to let us know that they canceled our appointment because they didn’t have a referral right before they closed for the day. There literally was a referral that I could look up on my end which I did to make sure that it was in place before we went for the appointment. So I can only think of the situation as this office’s utter and complete incompetence. Customer service receptionist was rude and very unhelpful, I would never go to a place with such uncaring initial contact, frustrating and total lack of courtesy.
