The nicest doctors appointment I've ever had. Florence M Bull and her assistant Jessica were incredibly kind and sensitive, and answered all of my questions, and also made me laugh quite a bit. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly too. The best service I've received at any NYC hospital.
Worst experience ever!! Let us wait for 'over 12 hrs' without looking at us!! Worst nightmare being there. Giving zero respect and service for their registered patients.
