Get a grip. You’re at Robert Wood, the 322nd hospital in the world with brain cancer. They are only rated in one specialty: cardio. They will not stop until you’re almost not there and never tell you no one survives their brain cancer treatments. Get out before they cut you. The problem with this State Hospital is they have it designed and staffed by their own Tier 4 medical school. Utterly pathetic. Worth relocating if you think there’s a chance for survival.
Great new building with amazing views from consulting rooms. Wish the parking was connected to this building.
Unfortunately, my appointment with Dr. Jennifer Chen was a waste of time. She was rude, dismissive, and did not take the time to listen or read the documents I provided from other doctors that provided significant context related to my case. She was not empathetic at all and invalidated my concerns. I have been to many doctors and have never written a review, but I was genuinely upset after my appointment with Dr. Chen.
New location increased out-of-pocket payment 610%. Guess I'll die.
Appointments are difficult to get but the doctors are good, very responsive to questions especially through the online portal. The reason for the low review is because since they moved offices they are charging astronomical prices - basically charging you as an outpatient rather than a specialist price through your insurance, just because they moved from a clinical building to the hospital, even though it's the exact same practice with the exact same doctors. Have been to other doctors in the hospital with no such policy.
