My neurologist Dr Sharma is one of a kind! From the first appointment she gave me a reassuring diagnosis on the spot, after months of running from one specialist to the next. She took the extra time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. The receptionists were all sweet and helpful. Dr. Sharma always responds to my portal messages in a timely fashion. She treats me like a person, not a patient; it's obvious that she really cares. Very impressed!
They don't answer their phone and they don't return your calls.
Waited over six months for an appointment here. Was referred to get treatment at JFK however they just simply told me to contact them with no other information on my discharge papers other than JFKs number. After a month of not being able to get a hold of anyone at JFK I come to find out that the doctor who referred me failed to write an actual prescription for what kind of treatment I need.
