Had tests run on Feb 5, have called 2 times with assurance someone will call me, have posted 2 emails on Vanderbilt Health with no respnse. I can see the results but it would be nice if a neurologist would tell me what they say and and show a little concern. This kind of treatment is not acceptable. Can not believe Vanderbilt would let this happen.
Office staff is horrible. They schedule your appointment 5 months out, then tell you it was NEVER scheduled! Then they tell you it will be another 5 months for your appointment. If you ask to speak to an office manager, they put you on hold indefinitely, no matter how many times you call back. Unprofessional is an understatement.
Horrible experience. Doctor Bhatt is careless and reckless with his patients. Office staff is unconsiderate. We had appointments scheduled months in advance only to have them rescheduled multiple times the day before or day of the appointment.
The most dreadful experience of my lifetime. I do not recommend this doctor. If you are looking for a healthcare professional that cares for clients. This is not the place.
