The office scheduled my initial appointment with Dr. Coates for the logan health in cut bank. I got reminders and confirmed only to get stood up because they don't actually go there. Then I had to schedule again and confirmed that my appointment was a specific day 5 months out because even being on the wait list I couldn't get an appointment. I highly recommend Paul Coats and his team with anyone suffering from MS. They have changed my life. Being able to communicate for follow up appointments from home via telehealth is a big time and money saver since I live 2.5 hours away. I can't say enough about the care I have received there. I am extremely thankful my PC recommended him.
I really appreciate Dr. Norm Friedman time and careful conversation of a complicated recent diagnosis of early Alzheimer disease to myself, (another physician), and the various options, potential benefits and side effects.
