Made an appointment by phone, but can’t get connected to someone In the office ? Not everyone has the time to go down the office and get their appointment done . Fix it
These folks can't do much right they say they will do this and that but they don't .
Never on time, don't care about there people. It's more what they can do to make their job easier... They are over staffed and still can't seem to be on time. They have no phone in lobby any more so you can't even get ahold of your worker.. I was in line for 45 mins and I have medical issues so I feel this should be resolved.
