Rude employees. Didn’t take my new insurance even after I told them the one I previously used was going to be cancelled. They didn’t listen and argued with me. One even had the audacity to ignore my complaints and called me “grumpy” to my face. And now I get a letter saying a claim is denied because I’m not covered. SHOCKING! It’s like I told them this MONTHS ago! The overall services are ok but their handling of complaints and listening to customers is awful and they just care about protecting their own.
