Call congressman Fry when you have problem with this office. 5 mos trying to get Medicaid, terminal....they keep bouncing me back n forth to SS office all while leaving me uninsured. No income! Unbelievable incompantance in this office
I love Ms Molli Mack other than that the rest of them need to just go work somewhere else because they just sit round and let the phone ring bad customer service!
Dropped off proof of income for redetermination, and never input in their system. Caused my children’s insurance to lapse. Claiming they never received it even though I HANDED it to one of the ladies in the front office
