Making a complaint is a waste of time. They take a week to get out to review the complaint. By that time things have been barely fixed just to have it happen again with the same results. When they do find that your complaints aren't legitimate there isn't much they can do about the situation to help you so I don't see any point in their services. Also one of the women who answers their phones is extremely rude.
They never returned my call this is concerning the pool closure at tramview Mobile Home Park. I called last Thursday and I still haven't returned my phone call
