Broke my jaw in 3 places during a wisdom tooth removal. Staff kept laughing at me on the phone and then refused a follow up appt when the abscess burst out of my face 2d later. Told me it was “normal”. Filed a complaint with COHP and now they won’t see me ever again
Terrible customer service. Was not friendly at all, I was politely asking a question and the lady on the phone starts to cut me off while talking. Basically told me to hang up and solve my own problem. Please change your staff or train them properly.
