I was woken up and screamed at for complaining about a back yard full of needles and broken glass.house was handed over in disgusting condition.then they called my emergency contact my 70 year old mother and yelled at her absolutely disgusting behaviour from Mirrabooka office staff every single time I've had to go in or call..took 9 months and 8 plumbers to fix one pipe and a blocked shower n sink ..cops keep bashing at my door after midnight looking for the last tenant and his junkie mates and my hso won't even pick up the ... read more
Today I was served by Maria at Mirrabooka Department of Communities Housing. Expecting to be turned away. But we got the best service ever! Maria was so understanding and apathetic. So very helpful and caring. I was initially apprehensive but Maddi told me to present myself to their office for assessment. Maddi was an Angel who was also so understanding and Showed apathy. This is the head of maintenance thinks this is completely fine living conditions...when I complained about it he showed up at my house weeks later with no appointment then started screaming at me getting in my face balling his fists up and tried to punch me twice ...and his boss said no that didn't happen but the boss wasn't there ...took 8 months to get pluming fixed ...house was covered in needles and broken glass no sinks worked and a rat infestation... absolutely disgusting...and they did this to a disabled pensioner....... read more
