So I was asked by the judge why I didn't request an update to the child support payments when my ex was making over 80k a year... Well since he didn't call me up and tell me he was making 80k a year I wouldn't haven known... But child support should have a yearly review or when they have a new job they should update the payment to match the new wages...Judge told me that my ex doesn't have to report an increase if he is paying the court ordered amount... so then how am I suppose to know to request an update to payments...mak... read more

Child support is a drag financially, but it's for a good cause and it help my kids. I'm happy, personally because I get to work with the people in San Diego County for all of this. They really are such great and genuine people and I'm grateful for all of their help. 5/5 all the way

I was referred here via the courts and they called me and said they saw how many court hearings my ex husband had opened on me in the past and that they had called him and that he hung up on him. I said yes, we are in an abusive relationship in the courts, it's called legal abuse, and they said they were here to help for that. God, I pray and I hope it helps and works.

Zero stars!! They started a case without my request and have been stealing money from my son father for a year took them to court and won.. just take them to court nobody is working down there. It’s sad and horribly bad. Fight them and do not let up. Update: They are still taking money from the father and have the audacity to be holding it. It takes up to 10 business days for a reimbursement yet it’s been almost a month. And they just have multiple checks pending. It’s a hostage situation.
