I needed to go in for interview, got there early(07:30) 12 people in line, no worries, went to main window to check in, very polite and friendly, sat down and waited 15 min, had my meeting with Ms Bailey, very kind and helpful, on my way, no complaints
I applied for SNAP at the beginning of last month. Ive been calling everyday and still have no benefits, its now the next month.i call before 11 and get told they cant take my call.. if I get through to someone, they forward my call to another department and I get told they cant take my call. Absolutely ridiculous!! It shouldnt be this hard to get help.
I turned in Paperwork Aug 16 2024 i go in September 4th the lady tells me they are a Month Behind and paperwork hasnt been processed yet!!! Like wth letting kids starve because you dont want to process paperwork !!! Here its sept 9 i get a letter saying i missed interview i had no calls between Sept 4 to September 6!!! Went up at 9am yesterday they told me interviews you have to come real early... told me to come at 5:30 am like wth sit outside till 8am!!!
