Excelentes como departamento
absolutely horrible. Trying to order a birth certificate and it's a mess. I've called so many times, and I either get hung up on, get transferred before I even finish stating my questions, and they give me an attitude. what is wrong with these people!? No professionalism. When i call, I pick to speak to someone in english, then someone answers and they don't speak english.
