My place was recently painted by this company and wasn't finished in the time frame that was given. I was told it was done and walked into an apartment with wet paint. I asked how my 1 year old daughter was supposed to go back into our home with wet paint and was told by the contractor Larry that " if I had a problem to take it up with my apartment complex management and that he didn't have time for this" very rudely. Worst customer experience ever. Currently working on brackenwoods apartments they are very unprofessional. They cuss and laugh in tenants faces. The Manager over seeing operations at the moment who goes by Sierra needs training she does not know how to operate let alone run an construction company or even manage one for that matter. Larry is completely disrespectful to the tenants where I reside, he continually states "I don't have time for this." When I was holding the people he hired to paint and move furniture at fault for leaving wet paint behind and breaking things, and demanded his boss's number he stated, "You're not getting my bosses number." I am slated for carpet tomorrow, we'll see if that actually happens, I'm sure they will "run out" of carpet by then due to the fact that my neighbor's home was not finished being painted and furniture moved... read more
