Terrible customer service and ownership
BEWARE. I had a lash appt today and while I was on my way to my appointment my tire blew out in the middle of highway 121. I quickly called dep lashes to let them know that I unfortunately will not be able to make it to my appointment. The person who answered the phone could not care less about what happened to me and showed very little empathy or sincerity considering what just happened and in fact insisted I provide proof of my blown out tire along with receipts so that I will not be charged a last minute cancellation fee.... read more
Fantastic customer service. Wonderful technicians. Love this place! Update: I have been coming here for a few years now. I Still love this place. The professionalism and customer service is a bright spot in my life. Something, I look forward to doing as often as I can. This is the one thing I do for myself.
