I used this small business in hopes of repairing my John Dear rider mower. The owner whom is also the technician came out to my home and picked up my mower with his word that the mower would be fixed by Wednesday of the following week. I waited till Thursday of that week to stop by the shop to check in because I haven’t received a call or update. The mower had not been touched and sitting outside in the sun and rain.
