Awesome people. They are honest and out to help. I was going to schedule a differential service or transfer case service after hearing a humming sound. They checked it out and told me sadly my transmission was going and based on how much I just spent on repairs on my car, it might be smart to just ditch my 2010 rav4.
I brought my car in because it was making an odd noise. I described it to the mechanic. he suggested driving around the block so he could hear it. The noise was gone - I hadn't heard it since before a trip on the turnpike this morning. His estimation is that there was some kind of debris stuck under the car and that it had probably dislodged. Cost: Zero!
