Good customer service. Akhilesh and Sumitra helped me out when I needed the car last minute. Paperwork was fairly easy. I even got the affordable price. Shreya also helped me initially giving the quotations and list of documents required. Overall, good team effort. I am happy with the service. Only thing I find that can be improved is to give a single point of contact for the customer from the beginning till end. It becomes a bit easier for the customer to communicate their needs.
