Been to this office 3 times after being referred by my orthopedic surgeon. Waited over an hour and 1/2 if not longer all 3 times to be seen. Dr Deogun himself is pleasant , however , his PA is rude and talks down to him and acts like she’s his superior. After having knee replacement went to office and waited 1&1/2 hours before going to desk and asking for a credit on my copay . Then of course I was next in line. Just a joke . They do not care about your time and PA is unprofessional
Never have I personally been here but my family members have. They treat you like garbage and make you feel like your pain isn't real. Also, you will be in the waiting room forever.. Just to be treated like garbage.
Don’t go to this man unless you want to spend your entire afternoon in a waiting room. They are always behind every time we’ve been there and cannot seem to keep things organized. Please keep looking for your own sake.
Dr. Deogun has the worst bedside manners ever after receiving an injection in 2024 I ended up in emergency just to find out that I would be losing several disc in my neck due to the faulty injection and prolonged treatment.
Dr Deogun is wonderful. Made me very comfortable during my procedure . I was very nervous and the nurses were awesome. I highly recommend Dr Deogun and staff.
