Antoni Casalinuovo chairs our Condo AGM. He unfortunately has made inappropriate comments and jokes, is dismissive, rude and condescending to owners without even fully understanding their questions and has even ignored valid questions.
strongly advise you avoid this law firm, solely based on my experience with Maria Dimakas.
If your condo management/board has hired them, you are not in good hands, especially if the lawyer working for your condo in Ontario is Maria Dimakas.
Our experience with Antoni Casalinuovo from this law firm has been extremely disappointing. We were given poor and ultimately incorrect advice that caused unnecessary stress for our family. A second legal opinion later confirmed that their position was wrong, yet no apology or acknowledgment was ever offered.
