11/2022-They do not stand behind their work. 2 yr old home has a master bathroom leak that is through the kitchen drywall underneath the master. When denzal was contacted they gave every excuse NOT to come and even take a look at the problem for months. No they don't respond at all. Major master bathroom leak is not wear and tear its poor workmanship that denzal seems to come to accept as normal. Plus, We were told after they built if there was ANY problems to contact them. Denzel Construction built a beautiful custom home in record time. They were very personable and answered all of my questions promptly. I love my new home!
I urge future potential customers of Denzal Construction to seriously consider using another builder. Ryan and Chris are unresponsive and do not address concerns. This occurred during the building process, at which point you are stuck. The only one who will respond is Ted. After moving into the home, we had issues which Ryan and Chris would not respond to.
