I was promised a vent cleaning for $129 and clarified it would cover all vents prior to then coming to the home. He rudely told me when he arrived that it would cost $780, out of nowhere. Proceeded to ruin my vent in the process of trying to show me. I will not do business with this type of “bait and switch”. Don’t fall for it if you haven’t cleaned your vent in the last 1-2 years, they’ll charge you a similar amount.

This is absolute bait and switch! I called for the special listed on the web-site for $49 or $99 with cleaning.. was assured that if it needed cleaning would be charged the $99. Was charged$300 for this service!.Then was added a $12.. service fee.. this was already a service! I had called and requested assistance and received no response. A congame.. beaware of fraud!!!!!!!!!. A lot false advertizement. Isabel my tech srewed up 1st job!!!!! A bit of fraud. Beaware!!!! . Beaware of the coupon special. No way anything is $69.99. I paid est 230.00. The dryer vent is clean. Good thing i could afford it. Otherwise, Good Job. Advertisment should not be misleading....
