I had booked in advance, arrived a bit early, and was taken in almost right away. The doctor was calm and clear, took time to understand my issue, explained the options, and gave straightforward recommendations. It really felt like he knew what he was doing. The staff were fine as well: no rudeness, everything was processed quickly. I left with a clear understanding of what’s going on and what I should do next. For me, the visit went better than expected.
Fiancée just got his vasectomy here. I understand where some of the negative reviews are coming from and wouldn't recommend this location for more serious / chronic urological health issues, only based on our experience with communication issues with the clinic (line goes directly to voicemail, did not appear to have office phone, could only get a hold of via email, online portal hard to navigate). 6 months with kidney stones and still no one will help.....I feel like an ATM machine...not a patient
The clinic is ok but they will not call you back for urgent needs. I had a small surgery done there and they helped after multiple phone calls with answering my urgent question for aftercare. Upon having a complication they have not answered 3 calls during normal business hours and have not returned any of my calls that are left as “urgent”. How is this place even licensed operating like this? Dr. Weiss is a fine guy but their organization skills and communication are completely subpar.
