I have worked with Nick and his team in the past and actually had let him use my GC license to get contracts as he was an unlicensed contractor. We had agreements to payment arrangements for doing so and has not paid me in years for doing so after hearing excuse after excuse.

I moved to Denver 3 years ago and immediately looked for a contractor with the expertise to completely remodel my condo. I realized there was a big problem as my location was smack in the middle of downtown.
