I think maybe these guys don't need or want business. Had a guy come up last week to estimate, he initially tried to reschedule the appointment. Then shows up, doesn't bring the stone book, does measurements and talks through our project - whole home stucco with stone accents and potentially windows (so a pretty big project). Promises the estimate that night or within a day. No estimate but texts 3 days later and says he will get it to us by the end of the weekend. Still no estimate. What a horrible experience. DEFINITELY would not recommend to anyone I like. Very unprofessional -- basically a group of unskilled laborers trying to perform work that requires a high level of skill. They took 5 ½ months to do work that they SAID would take no more than 6 weeks. They had to redo most of the work they originally did. Then they took ANOTHER 3 months to address their punch list, which still has issues they never addressed, and they will no longer answer my calls. Had them come out for an estimate, they took pictures and measurements and received nothing from them. I reached out multiple times and never received the estimate. Maybe they do good work, but their customer service is very poor!!
Guy came out and wasted an hour of my time for an estimate that I never received despite my following up with him by text as he requested.
