Recently worked with Adam to rebuild my main staircase where the stairs were very steep and uncomfortable to walk up and down. He rebuilt the staircase to add in an extra step, and it looks great. The stairs are much more comfortable now, and I found the price to be very reasonable considering the amount of work and craftsmanship. Would definitely work with Adam again.
I really didn't want to leave a bad review, but we contacted Denver Stair over 3 weeks ago and Adam came out. He looked at our project and took pictures. He said he would have a quote by the end of the week. That was the last time I heard from them. I have left messages and emails but no response. I guess I need to find some one else. I wish they would have had the courtesy to return my emails or calls even if to say they pass on the job.
We hired Denver Stair for two projects. Melissa & Adam were friendly and easy to work with, providing the estimates and helping us with the design details. First was a re-build of our interior builder-grade railings. We couldn’t be happier. Evan did an amazing job on the interior railings. Had them come in to fix my stairs. I had 3 other companies come in and say it couldn’t be fixed for under $20k with a whole house renovation. Evan came in and knocked it out for under half the price, did an amazing job. Friendly, fair, and professional
