Did a good job on mounting the bindings, but it took a month to do. It says 2 day turnaround time, so I reached out after a week and was told they were dealing with a family matter. After not hearing anything for 2.5 weeks, I reached out again. I didn’t get any response and reached out yet again after 5 more days, at which point they finally let me know my skis were ready. I understand life happens, but a simple email and communication goes a long way.

Awful experience….Dropped off a pair of brand new sold out boutique skis to have Look bindings mounted and they drilled the holes for the wrong bindings. What’s worse is the owner told me he would replace the skis, that I should be excited to get a 2nd pair and then lied about it and never did replace them despite repeated attempts by me to contact. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

They took my skis for repair on Monday and gave an estimate that they’d finish by Wednesday. They only took my phone number, so I assumed they’d contact me when finished. I didn’t hear anything, so I called on Thursday and they’re closed. Thankfully, they helped me to get my skis while they were closed. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to fix this - I was worried I would have to rent skis for my upcoming trip. Thanks!

Very friendly staff and very accommodating! Had a time crunch to get a binding mount for my wife’s new skis that had arrived just before a weekend trip. They squeezed me in Tuesday evening and had them ready for me Wednesday ! Way better turn around time than I was getting anywhere else around town .
