I used Denver Rug Care for my large area rug that had pet damage from an old dog and also from a sick dog. I tried steam cleaning the rug when we had the old dog, but I could never really get the smell out. Then we got a new dog who got sick on the rug. I was ready to throw it out, but called Denver Rug Care (nearly in tears). I took the rug in and they not only cleaned it so it is like a new rug, but they also repaired some damage from our new dog who chewed on it.
