She's very organized, punctual, professional, a lot of fun and most importantly showed me ONLY properties that fit my needs. (price, location, size etc). Susan at Kentwood is the very best at what she does and my experience with her was excellent! She really helped us navigate a tough market and was responsive and available for all the last minute changes and deadlines during our home search. After our offer was accepted she advocated for us every step of the way in making sure all the pieces were in place for a smooth closing. I really cannot overstate her professionalism and hard work!
